I won NaNoWrimo!

Now I’m off to do some more editing and writing because even though I hit the 50k goal, I did not finish the story.

I have one last act I have to get through, and then I can officially say that I completed a novel.

I’m pretty excited! It’s my first time finishing winning. I wasn’t so confident in walking into the challenge, but I kept the mindset that the story I worked on was going to be my ‘practice novel.’

I will be back posting poetry in the new year! Happy holidays 🙂
